The sunsets here are awesome, especially as we head into the rainy season and there are different cloud formations for the sun to set behind. Being so close to the equator, the sun goes down quickly. I took this picture a couple weeks ago from our house.
And while we're on the subject of the wonders of God's creation, it's also worth mentioning that we experienced an earthquake early in the morning (Nov. 8th) in Zomba. It went on for about a minute or so and felt like a heavy train was going by. The boys didn't wake up, but Sarah and I did. Once it was all over, it was kind of neat to experience. Living in Ontario we've not felt any earth quakes quite like that. No damage was done, but this morning Sarah and I did talk about no matter what accomplishments man may claim, no matter how big (like the dam on top of the plateau here in Zomba), or how advanced, we still can't compete with God!
